ERP-¿Continuation and Support (No Cost Bid)

The Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE) is seeking qualified suppliers to provide professional services to replace or modernize its existing legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at no cost to the agency. The current system, PC Genesis, is a legacy financial and administrative application developed using Micro Focus AcuCOBOL and operates on Microsoft Windows Server environments. The application was originally developed to run on a Wang platform under the name Genesis and was later converted to a personal computer environment, where it became known as PC Genesis. Through this solicitation, GaDOE seeks a qualified supplier to provide a modern, scalable, and sustainable ERP solution that will replace or convert the existing legacy system while supporting the operational and business needs of Georgia's local school districts.
