EMS Billing Services

Oconee County is seeking to establish an annual contract with a company qualified to and interested in providing comprehensive EMS Billing Services. The initial contract term will be for one (1) year followed by four (4) one-year renewal options. Please see Section II of the bid documents for full Scope of Services. Bid Documents can be found at www.bidnetdirect.com//oconeecounty. Bidder's must register with BidNet Direct to respond to this RFQ. All proposals will be received by the Finance Department electronically through BidNet Direct on or before 10:00 am on July 2, 2026. All submitted responses will be electronically stamped at the time and date when all documents are uploaded and received. Any proposals received after the established deadline will be deemed late and will not be considered. Physical proposals will not be accepted. Questions regarding clarification or interpretation of this RFQ must be submitted electronically via BidNet Direct and shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on June 19, 2026.
