EMERGENCY CULVERT REPLACEMENT PROJECT¿ FOR THE UPSON COUNTY BOC - Rocky Bottom Road

Upson County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids for the Emergency Culvert Replacement Project on Rocky Bottom Road. The project consists of two separate pipe crossings and includes demolition and replacement of approximately 60 LF of 84-inch corrugated metal pipe and approximately 60 LF of 72-inch corrugated metal pipe, along with other improvements identified in the plans. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held September 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Thomaston-Upson County Government Complex. Sealed bids are due October 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
