EMANUEL COUNTY 2026 LRA RESURFACING PROJECT

The project includes the resurfacing of eight roads in the Ranch Park Community off Meadowlake Parkway for a total of 2.9 miles. Resurfacing includes patching, leveling, storm drain improvements, shoulder building, and striping. Additionally, the resurfacing of Norristown ¿ Covena Road from US HWY 221 to GA HWY 56 for 3.5 miles. Work includes patching, leveling, asphalt surface course, shoulder building, and striping. Qualified Bidders may obtain digital copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, Specifications, and upon a non-refundable payment of $150.00 for each set at the Statesboro office of EMC Engineering Services, Inc.
