The Upper Westside CID invites qualified construction firms to submit bids for the construction of Ellsworth Industrial Blvd sidewalk, a Moving Atlanta Forward project led by the CID. The project scope includes building a 10� wide sidewalk in the right-of-way between Elaine Ave and Huff Rd.
