Drake Building Roof Replacement

Drake Building Roof Replacement project located at 305 S. Hightower Street, Thomaston, Georgia. Upson County is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Drake Building Roof Replacement project. The work includes removal of existing roofing materials, repair of damaged or deteriorated wood plank decking, installation of new fiberglass asphalt shingles, overlay decking, underlayment, leak barrier membrane, gutters and downspouts, roof ventilation, flashing, asbestos-containing mastic remediation, and repair and repainting of existing wood louvers. Bid alternates are included. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Project Manual, drawings, addenda, and specifications.
