Douglas County Board of Commissioners is seeking a design/ build contractor to provide turnkey services to reconfigure an existing courtroom to accommodate State Court jury trials. It will be the responsibility of selected contractor to survey existing courtroom and offices on the 3rd floor, previously used for Juvenile Courts/ Programs. We ask that the contractor provide floor plans for approval, subsequent architectural drawings and construction of the space. The approved contractor will provide all services except those specified. The Project will be funded with SPLOST funds. The project is required to comply with all applicable statues, rules and regulations, as well as those of Douglas County, including local permitting of the project. Additionally, the project must comply with all SPLOST rules, regulations, specifications, and requirements.
