Project Identification: 26014 Site Improvements to Cook Primary School. Project Location: Cook Primary School, 1531 Patterson St., Adel, GA 31620. Owner: Cook County School District. Owner's Representative: Joy Folsom, Superintendent of Schools. Architect: Altman + Barrett Architects, P.O. Box 665 Hahira, GA 31632. Project Description: Project consists of site demolition, grading, concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving and base, seal coating and striping, and landscaping to construct additional vehicle staging areas on the campus of Cook Primary School. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General Contract (all trades).
