Consultant Services for Comprehensive Plan Update (2026) with GIS Services

Forsyth County, Georgia (the �County�) is soliciting proposals from qualified planning consultants to complete the state-required update to the County�s Comprehensive Plan in accordance with the minimum standards and procedures established by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) and coordination with the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC). The intent of this project is to develop an actionable, data-driven Comprehensive Plan that aligns future land use with infrastructure capacity, reflects community priorities, and provides clear implementation guidance for County decision making.
