Construction Documentation Services for Fire Station 1 and Fire Station 4

The City of Sandy Springs is seeking construction documentation services for two upcoming fire station capital construction projects: Fire Station 1 and Fire Station 4. Services may include exterior and interior progress documentation, existing conditions documentation, 360-degree imagery, UAV/drone aerial documentation, MEP and pre-slab documentation, webcam services, project platform access, and owner training video documentation. The purpose of the services is to maintain a visual record of construction progress, key building systems, site conditions, and closeout information for project management, future reference, and facilities operations.
