City of Reynolds CDBG 2027 RFP

This is a Request for Proposal for Engineering Services. The project will consist of a Sewer, water, or street and drainage improvements in the City of Reynolds. You are invited to submit a proposal to be received at the River Valley Regional Commission office, 710 Front Avenue Columbus, Georgia 31901, no later than 10:00 a.m., August 31, 2026. A professional services contract will be awarded to whoever is considered to be the most responsible offeror and whose proposal is considered to be the most advantageous. This is a Section 3 Covered Contract and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply. Address any questions you may have concerning the RFP to William Griggs.
