Building 500 HVAC Project

The Owner will receive sealed bids from Contractors in Room #207/ 600 Building, Atlanta Metropolitan State College,1630 Metropolitan Parkway, S.W., Atlanta Georgia, 30310. Bids must be physically on the table in the Bid Room by 2pm o¿clock, at the time legally prevailing in Atlanta, Georgia on September 8th,2026, for the construction of REPLACING TERMINAL UNITS IN BUILDING 500, located in ATLANTA METROPOLITAN STATE COLLEGE, ATLANTA, GEORGIA., Georgia. At the time and place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and announced. Update: The bid opening for Atlanta Metro 500 building HVAC work will be rescheduled to Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 2 pm to allow time to update the drawings and specifications. There will be another voluntary contractor walkthrough that will be scheduled. The updated information should be posted by Thursday, September 10, 2026.
