Big Creek Demolition project

Demolition services are needed for nine (9) structures in preparation for the construction of the Big Creek Parkway transportation project. The scope of work entails the complete demolition and removal of structures as specified in the Roswell Creek Apartments Pre-Demolition & Asbestos Inspection Report. All proposal submittals shall be a lump sum bid and uploaded as in pdf format. All interested parties should read the Standard ITB instructions included in the public files for bond and insurance requirements.
