Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Albany, Procurement Division, 222 Pine Avenue, Suite 260, Albany, Georgia 31701, until 2:30 p.m. on August 11, 2026, for all work required for the renovation of the Ritz Theatre and Cultural Center in Albany, Georgia. Work includes core structural repairs, full TPO roof replacement, exterior masonry restoration, a complete overhaul of the building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and specialized interior finishes in accordance with bid documents, specifications, and all other contract documents contained herein.
