Bid 26-78-3320 North Distribution System Improvements

The Forsyth County Procurement Department will accept sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026, for the following: The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Construction services for the Forsyth County ¿ North Distribution System Improvements including the following major components: 1. Bottoms Road Waterline Extension: Approximately 850 feet of 12¿ water line from the end of an existing 12¿ water line to the intersection of Bottoms Road and Settingdown Road, plus decommissioning of approximately 450 feet of existing 2¿ water line along Bottoms Road. 2. Hampton Waterline Extension: A second water feed to the Hampton Subdivision to include approximately 550 feet of new 10¿ water main from Settingdown Road to Hampton Rock Lane. 3. Associated fire hydrants, valves, casing, connections to existing water mains, miscellaneous appurtenances, pavement repair, and site cleanup and restoration.
