INVITATION TO BID Banks County is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to construct and finish the interior of a preliminary metal building for Banks County Fire/EMS Station 33, located at 195 Carson Segars Rd. Maysville, GA 30558, in accordance with the architectural plans, specifications, and requirements contained in this bid package. This Invitation to Bid will be advertised beginning September 11, 2026, on the Banks County website at www.bankscountyga.org. The complete bid package along with architectural plans may be obtained from the Banks County website at bankscountyga.org or by emailing snichols@co.banks.ga.us, or by calling 706-677-1812 2. QUESTIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing by email to snichols@co.banks.ga.us.
