27-201 Janitorial Services for Eisenhower and Facilities and Maintenance Buildings

The Utilities Department is currently requesting professional services to perform janitorial services for the following locations to begin on January 1, 2027. The services will be for the office buildings locations as follows with estimated square footage to be serviced. Award will be made per location: 1. Construction and Maintenance (Offices) 1840 Wylds Rd. Augusta, GA 30909 3,000 sq. ft. 5 DAYS A WEEK ¿ (Monday-Friday) Work to begin after 5pm 2. Construction and Maintenance (Locate Building and Warehouse offices- to include restrooms) 1840 Wylds Rd. Augusta, GA 30909 1,300 sq. feet 5 DAYS A WEEK ¿(Monday-Friday) Work to begin after 5pm 3. Facilities and Maintenance (Common Areas Only) 2869 Central Avenue, Augusta 30909 3,742 sq. ft. 2 DAYS PER WEEK ONLY ¿ (Tuesday and Thursday) Work to be performed between 1-5 P.M. 4. *Ft. Eisenhower Offices Building 200 Dorsey Dr. Augusta, GA 30905 3,800 sq. ft. 5 DAYS A WEEK ¿ (Monday ¿ Friday) Work to begin after 5 pm 5. *Ft. Eisenhower Water Plant Dorsey Dr. Augusta, GA 30905 1,000 sq. ft. 2 DAYS PER WEEK ¿ (Monday ¿ Friday) Work to begin after 5 pm *Ft.
