27-017-Abernathy Greenway Southside Improvements (Re-bid)

The Abernathy Greenway Southside Improvement Project in Sandy Springs, Georgia, is a comprehensive improvement initiative designed to transform the greenspace park property into an accessible, environmentally sensitive, and community-focused destination. The project scope of work includes but is not limited to the installation of erosion control measures, site preparation, selective clearing, demolition, grading, installation of new infrastructure including trails, storm drainage, stream restoration, BMP and water quality measures, walks, nature preserve area, hardscape, site furnishings, irrigation, landscape planting, and the relocation and installation of sanitary sewer line, and the construction of a landscape storage facility.
