Fulton County, Georgia (¿County¿) is seeking a qualified firm to provide adult misdemeanor probation supervision services to include the collection of fines and fees, supervision of community services work, conducting of rehabilitative treatment programs, electronic monitoring, and the enforcement of other court ordered conditions. These services shall be provided with no cost to the Superior, State and Magistrate Courts of Fulton County. Through the issuance of this Request for Proposal (¿RFP¿ and/or ¿Proposals¿), the County is soliciting Proposals from qualified Proposers for the Misdemeanor Probation Supervision Services.
