2027-2029 Mowing and Landscaping Services for (3) Cemetery Locations

The City of Dalton will be advertising a Request for Proposals for the project titled 2027-2029 MOWING AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES FOR THREE (3) CEMETERY LOCATIONS. Services consist of performing mowing and landscaping duties at up to 3 different cemeteries throughout the City. A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 10:00 AM on October 8, 2026 at the Public Works Office located at 535 Elm Street Dalton, Georgia 30721. Sealed proposal will be received until 4:00 PM on Thursday, October 29th, 2026. Proposal submissions will be for furnishing supervision, materials, labor and equipment required for satisfactorily completing the specified work. In order to be considered a responsive bidder, the contractor must be in compliance with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act and shall submit with their proposal, a signed and notarized affidavit verifying its compliance with O.C.G.A. §13-10-91. The proposal packet, specifications, and contract documents for this Project are open to public inspection at the City of Dalton Public Works Department located at 535 Elm Street, Dalton, Georgia 30721 and on the City of Dalton¿s website at daltonga.gov under the Bids & RFP¿s section.
