2026 RFP Stephens County Renovations and Modifications

ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS The Stephens County Board of Education is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Professional Services (CM at Risk) for the Stephens County Schools 2026 Renovations and Modifications ¿ Districtwide Projects, Toccoa, Georgia. Proposal packages are due Friday, October 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The full Request for Proposal (RFP) is available on the Stephens County Schools website and the Georgia Procurement Registry, or may be requested by emailing john.stith@stephenscountyschools.org. Proposals shall be delivered to John Stith, Deputy Superintendent, Stephens County School District, 191 Big A School Road, Toccoa, Georgia 30577. The Stephens County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
