2026 LRA - Fussell Road Resurfacing Project

The Lee County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed written bids from qualified contractors for road resurfacing services for Fussell Road. In general, Fussell Road is to be patched as directed by Engineer, widened, leveled with 100 lbs/sy of OGI, and topped with 165 lbs/sy of 12.5 mm asphalt overlay. Widening will mill a minimum 9¿ into the existing edge of asphalt to redevelop the edge of pavement. Other included items are thermoplastic traffic striping, rumble strips, stop bars, shoulder grading and other misc. items pertaining to the project. See
