2026-26 Annual Stormwater Rehabilitation and Maintenance Construction Services

The City of Covington is seeking proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors to provide on-call stormwater rehabilitation and maintenance construction services on an annual contract. Sealed bids must be delivered to City Hall, 2194 Emory Street NW, Covington, GA 30014, Attn: Maranna Gilbert no later than 10:00am on Tuesday, January 12, 2027. Bids will be opened at 10:15 AM. A nonmandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 at 10:00 am at the City Hall located at 2194 Emory St, Covington, GA 30014 Request for Bids and additional information may be obtained by accessing the request for proposals on the City¿s website at https://www.cityofcovington.org/index.php?section=business-opportunities.
