2026-09 Department of Family and Childrens Services Roof Replacement

Walker County, Georgia is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove the existing roofing system at 10056 US-27, Rock Spring, GA 30739, and install a new TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) roofing system in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes. Sealed proposals will be received at the office of Joe Legge, Walker County Government, 101 S Duke St., LaFayette, GA 30728 until 2:00 p.m. local time on May 14, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud at said location. Walker County Government reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities, technicalities or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary.
