G004--FY27: Low Demand Safe Haven Services| Bay Pines

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, CW Bill Young VA Medical Center (BYVAMC) located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744 intends to solicit a request for quotation (RFQ) from contractors for Low Demand Safe Haven Services. The services shall be in support of eligible beneficiaries of the BYVAMC under Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), contract type. The authority for this procurement is Title 38 USC 8153, Health Care Resources (HCR) sharing Authority, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The VA anticipates issuing an Unrestricted solicitation for this requirement on or about July 28, 2026. Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from 11-01-2026 through 10-31-2027 for the base period. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the responses to the RFQ submission process.
