Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Fuel Management System PMSC. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and e-mail it to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov . Deadline for questions: by noon (local time/CEST) on August 3, 2026. Submit any questions regarding this solicitation in writing and in English exclusively to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov. Answers will be posted on SAM.gov where the solicitation is publicized. It is your responsibility to monitor the web page for any new information which may be posted until the solicitation response date. Additional information as required in Section 3 5. Proof of SAM Registration Important note: please provide financial information and technical offer separately.
