DESCRIPTION: The American Embassy Baku hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Fuel and Fuel Cards for the Vehicles of the U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan. The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a contract type will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery under which may be placed firm fixed-price delivery orders.
