Description
ALARM and CCTV UPGRADE and MONITORING This combined synopsis/solicitation for services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z028-26-Q-ASCWALARM. This requirement is for a firm fixed price service contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. Solicitation Information Solicitation Number: 70Z028-26-Q-ASCWALARM Set-Aside: 100% Small Business Set-Aside Applicable NAICS Code: NAICS 561621 – Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) Size Standard: $25M Wage determinations: WD# 2015-4571, County: Pinellas Rev 29 dated 07/13/2026 Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Services Authority: FAR Part 12 (Commercial Products/Services) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) Period of Performance: ARO – 31 August 2027 Performance Location: USCG Air Station Clearwater, 15100 Rescue Way, Clearwater, FL 33762 Scope of Work: The contractor shall install IDS Systems and CCTV in ODO, Communications, Vault, LE Conference, and Armory. This will also require the contractor to provide monitoring service 24/7 of IDS alarms for secure areas throughout Air Station Clearwater. Live camera Monitoring systems outside of LE Conference Room, Communications Office, and Armory need to be installed to include recording capability. Recording Capability for CCTV systems must be able to retain recording for a minimum of 30 days and must be able to be accessed and viewed on site by security personnel. Services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). When submitting your proposal, request a price breakdown of the following: The cost of monthly monitoring as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), 12 equal monthly payments. Contract will be awarded to the vendor who can perform the work outlined in the Statement of work provided, in the time frame needed by unit. 3 recent revelant contracts with organization names, contract numbers, and point of contact. Anticipated award date: 03 business days after close of solicitation. Quotes are to be received no later than close 1100 01 September 2026. Site visit: It is highly recommended and encouraged that a site visit is performed at the Unit to verify the requirements within the PWS and speak with the unit POC for this maintenance service.
