This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for Brand Name: Siemens- NX Design Software for Industrial Design (Xaas). Fully compliant quotes must be submitted in PDF format on company letterhead to terra.s.roberts.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the established closing date and time of this combined synopsis/solicitation; please note that late, partial, or incomplete submissions will not be accepted by the Government.
