Description
The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Air Force Test Center (AFTC) awarded a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-5, authorized or required by statute. AFTC/PZZE determined that a sole source acquisition was appropriate for fulfilling this requirement. This contract was awarded to: Torch Technologies, Inc. 4090 Memorial Pkwy S, Huntsville, AL 35802-1382 CAGE: 3CBV3 AFTC/PZZE awarded a 5-year contract for follow-on support to provide non-personal Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) supporting Air Force Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) multi-center activities, encompassing engineering and technical services, studies, analyses, evaluations, management and professional services, and ancillary equipment. This acquisition was approved under the DoD Pilot Program to Incentivize Contracting with Employee-Owned Businesses (authorized by Section 874 of the FY 2022 NDAA, as amended by Section 872 of the FY 2024 NDAA, and DFARS Subpart 270.1). This is not a request for proposals.
