This amendment is issued to address the following administrative and technical updates. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged: 1-Q&A: Posted the official Questions and Answers. 2-Period of Performance (POP): Corrected the POP dates. 3-Technical Exhibit 2.1: Corrected the exhibit by deleting the word "seventeen." 4-Clause Deletion: Removed clause 52.204-90. 5-Closing Date: Corrected the solicitation closing date. 6-Incumbent Information: Added the correct incumbent contractor's name and contract number. Please see attached Q@A for details This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) detailing the requirements for a non-personal services contract to provide mobile, on-site document shredding services for the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) and the Naval Education and Training Professional Development Center (NETPDC) at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, Florida. simple synopsis: Service: The contract is for on-site shredding of sensitive documents and materials containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Location: The services will be performed at three buildings on NAS Pensacola: Bldg. 603, Bldg. 3819, and Bldg. 628. Scope: The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and transportation. This includes supplying and servicing a total of forty-four 65-gallon containers and two 32-gallon consoles across the different locations, with service frequencies of every two or four weeks depending on the site. Key Requirements: The contractor is responsible for the secure collection, on-site destruction, and disposal of all paper materials. Destruction must comply with National Association of Information Destruction (NAID) standards and guidelines for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). The contractor must also provide proof of destruction for each service visit. Personnel & Security: Contractor personnel must undergo background checks and obtain Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credentials for base access. They must also adhere to strict conduct, safety, and security protocols. Period of Performance: The contract consists of a one-year base period (SEPT 1, 2026, to AUG 31, 2027) with four additional one-year option periods and -8 ( 6 MONTH EXT). Base Year: 01-SEP-2026 TO 31-AUG-2027 - Option Year 1: 01-SEP-2027 TO 31-AUG-2028 - Option Year 2: 01-SET-2028 TO 31-AUG-2029 - Option Year 3: 01-SEP-2029 TO 31-AGU-2030 - Option Year 4: 01-SEP-2030 TO 31-AUG-2031 - -8 Option Year 5: 01-SEP-2031 TO 1-MAR-2032
