The contractor shall replace two existing air-cooled chillers with new Trane CGAM100 or Government-approved brand-name-equivalent equipment consistent with the approved acquisition strategy. The required configuration is two 100-nominal-ton air-cooled screw chillers, 460V/60Hz/3-phase, using R-454B refrigerant. This is for information only.
