General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Orlando Delineated Area: Start: Intersection of I-4 Expressway (Toll) and SR 426 - North: eastward on State Road 426 West to State Road 417; East: southward on State Road 417 to State Road 528; South: westward on State Road 528 to State Road 482 to US Route 441; West: northward on US Route 441 to I-4 Express (Toll) to State Road 426; End: Intersection of State Road 426 and I-4 Expressway (Toll) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,647 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,894 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term (months): 180 Firm Term (months): 60 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Cooling for 24/7 LAN Room provided by mini-split a/c unit. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is [is/is not] required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual-change (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
