Vending Machine Services

The Aviation Authority is seeking a qualified Respondent to provide, install, stock, replenish, service, and maintain snack vending machines and beverage vending machines, along with all other items necessary or incidental to providing vending services, for both Aviation Authority employee‑facing break areas (“Employee Locations”) and public‑facing areas (“Public Locations”) at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Executive Airport (ORL), in accordance with the Agreement Documents. For purposes of this Solicitation, ‘Contract’ shall mean the Concessions Agreement resulting from this Solicitation. Additionally, 'Company' shall refer to the awarded Respondent or Concessionaire. The awarded Concessionaire shall furnish and operate vending machine services under two distinct service and pricing models, as further described herein.
