Vault Room and Oil Room Project

What is the solicitation method? The project consists of expanding the vault room from one vault to two through expansion of the building overall, stucco repair, interior and exterior painting, oil room modification, and installation of overhead doors. The County anticipates awarding a Construction Contract to run the duration of the project..
