The City of Plant City intends to use FJ Nugent and Associates Inc., as they are the sole authorized representative for Vaughan Model SR4V-123 Submersible Chopper Pump in the State of Florida, as a sole source. The purpose of this Notice of Intent is to verify with the vendor community that there are no other viable vendors that can provide Vaughan Model SR4V-123 Submersible Chopper Pump. No further action is required if a vendor agrees. A vendor should submit a response to this Notice of Intent only if they disagree.
