Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall Upgraded Theatrical Lighting Fixtures

The City of Sarasota (City) on behalf of the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and authorized vendors for the purchase and delivery of professional stage lighting equipment for use at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a purchase agreement for the procurement of the following equipment: •Eighteen (18) Martin MAC Viper XIP (Black), Part #90250300HU •Twenty (20) Martin MAC Aura XIP (Black), Part #90250100HU All equipment shall be new, unused, current production models, and delivered in original manufacturer packaging.
