Tyndall AFB IROC OT Stack Phase 3

The 772 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) has awarded a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to SimpleSense, Inc. for the installation and connection of Integrated Resilience Operations Center (IROC) infrastructure at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL (Operational Technology Stack Phase 3). The total awarded contract value is $353,300.00. This acquisition was executed under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3572, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements) and FAR Subpart 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services). The purpose of this synopsis is to make the redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) document publicly available in accordance with the mandatory posting requirements of FAR 6.305 and FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iv). The redacted J&A detailing the rationale for this sole-source action is attached to this notice. PLEASE NOTE: This notice is provided for transparency and public record purposes only. The contract has already been awarded, and the Government is not seeking or accepting offers for this requirement.
