Transport of Liquid Biosolids

Volusia County is seeking a Contractor to provide routine pick-up of liquid biosolids from eight (8) County owned wastewater treatment plants and transport/transfer to the County’s Southwest Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility (SWRWTF) located in DeBary, Florida, for dewatering purposes; and to provide "on-demand" services as required. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and vehicles necessary for pick-up, transport, and transfer liquid biosolids in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
