Description
The City of Hialeah is seeking proposals for a fully bundled Workers' Compensation and Third-Party Liability Claims Administration program from qualified, licensed firms. The City intends to partner with a single Third-Party Administrator (TPA) that integrates claims adjusting, medical management, telephonic case management, and provider network access under a unified service model. The successful Proposer must embody a philosophy focused on meeting the reasonable, necessary, and related medical needs of injured workers to facilitate an expedient and healthy return to work while aggressively controlling municipal liability exposures.
