Third Party Administration (TPA) Services

It is the intent of the City of Gainesville to obtain proposals for Third Party Claims Adjusting Services (TPA) for Workers Compensation and Employers Liability. The successful proposer will be required to perform all of the services listed in Exhibit A (both administrative services and claims services) and may be requested to provide an option for loss statistic services. All services shall be performed with the skill and care which would be exercised by comparable qualified professionals performing similar services standard in the industry at the time and place such services are performed. If the failure to meet these standards results in deficiencies in the services, Proposer shall furnish, at his/her own cost and expense, the means necessary to correct such deficiencies and shall be responsible for any and all consequential damages arising from these deficiencies. *NOTE: Bidder must download the bid document, including specifications, plans, etc. from the Attachments tab.
