Soccer Field and Structural Renovations at Silver Lakes North Park

The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to What is the procurement purpose? , in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. Work includes regrading and re-sodding of the existing soccer field; irrigation modifications; construction of new concrete player seating pads and associated concrete improvements; demolition and replacement of the existing pavilion; modifications to existing field lighting; renovation of the existing restroom building; and all associated site restoration. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, temporary facilities, protection, permits, testing, disposal and incidentals necessary to provide a complete and fully operational project in accordance with the Construction Documents and applicable codes. All work shown or reasonably required to provide complete installations shall be included whether or not every incidental item is specifically identified within this Scope of Work.
