Performance and/or Design Requirements: Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) is in need of water treatment supplies and equipment produced, sold, and distributed exclusively by United Laboratories, Inc. authorized sales representatives for FY 2026-2027 Estimated Dollar Amount Not-to-Exceed: $10,000.00 Intended source: United Laboratories, Inc. 320 37th Avenue St. Charles, IL 60174 Justification for single source acquisition: United Laboratories, Inc. is the sole source provider of United 855 – Liquid Impact, and other United Laboratories labeled products which are used by the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind for sewer line maintenance. These products are not sold in retail stores and are only available through authorized sales representatives of United Laboratories, Inc.
