The District seeks to procure remote-sensing water leak survey services to proactively identify potential underground potable-water leaks within the utility’s water distribution system. The purpose of the survey is to identify potential leaks that may not be readily detectable through conventional field observations or traditional leak detection methods. Survey results will assist District personnel in prioritizing field investigations, leak verification, and repairs to reduce water loss, improve operational efficiency, and protect the District’s water resources.
