School Crossing Guard Services

The City of Sarasota is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide School Crossing Guard Services at designated intersections within the City. The selected Contractor shall provide trained, certified, supervised, and properly equipped School Crossing Guards for the full school year, in accordance with the Sarasota County School Board calendar. Services currently include eighteen (18) crossing guard post locations and one (1) field supervisor. The Contractor will be responsible for staffing, supervision, scheduling, replacement personnel, training, payroll, required equipment, uniforms, and related administrative support necessary to ensure consistent daily coverage.
