Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP)& Minority AIDS Initiativ The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) Community Services Department (CSD), Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP), hereinafter referred to as the Recipient, invites proposals from qualified governmental and non-profit entities, hereinafter referred to as the Proposer, to provide services to persons with HIV. Services to be contracted include Core Medical Services: Early Intervention Services, Health Insurance Premium and Cost-Sharing Assistance for Low-Income Individuals, , Medical Case Management (including Treatment Adherence Services), Mental Health Services, Oral Health Care, Outpatient/Ambulatory Health Services (including Laboratory Diagnostic Testing and Specialty Outpatient Medical Care), Substance Abuse Outpatient Care- MAI only and Support Services: Emergency Financial Assistance, Food Bank/Home Delivered Meals, Health Education/Risk Reduction- MAI only, Medical Transportation, Non- Medical Case Management Services, Other Professional Services-Legal Services, Outreach Services- MAI only, Referral for Health Care and Support Services- MAI only.
