Per the attached Purchasing Requisition 26000682, Okaloosa County seeks the below listed decontamination kits and supplies. When submitting an equivalent, please include item specifications. Line 1 (12 OF ITEM) FIRSTLINE FAST GRAB DECON KITS (OR EQUIVALENT - SEE LINE 1 SPECIFICATIONS BELOW) Line 1: Kit must be man portable, containing 26 or more assorted 1) three layer activated carbon composite decon mitts(lrg); 2) large and medium three layer activated carbon composite decon wipes; AND at least 500ml of decon solution w/mixing beaker, stir rod and spray bottle.* Line 2 (4 OF ITEM) FIRSTLINE MODULAR DECON KITS (MDK) LITE (OR EQUIVALENT - SEE LINE 2 SPECIFICATIONS BELOW) Line 2: Kit must be man portable, not to exceed 50lbs in a backpack configuration, contain enough of the items listed in line 1 to service 50 patients, include rapid cutting tool for contaminated clothing removal.* Line 3 (1 OF ITEM) FIRSTLINE RESPONDER DRY DECON KIT (RDK) GOPACK (OR EQUIVALENT - SEE LINE 3 SPECIFICATIONS BELOW) Line 3: Kit Must be; man portable, include color coded instructions w/ color coded sets of large three layer activated carbon composite decon wipes.* Line 4 (4 OF ITEM) FIRSTLINE DECON KEG (OR EQUIVALENT - SEE LINE 4 SPECIFICATIONS BELOW) Line 4: pressure sprayer w/min 3 gal capacity, flow control and hose pressurized with any air compressor, stainless steel construction, built in pressure release valve, holds pressure for at least 10 days when charged.* LINE 5 (4 OF ITEM) 36"X36" FIBERTECH SHUFFLE PIT WITH SNAPS (OR EQUIVALENT - SEE LINE 5 SPECIFICATIONS BELOW) Line 5: Shuffle pit must utilize a dry three layer activated carbon composite decon disposable lining attachable and detachable with gloves.* LINE 6 (5 OF ITEM) FIRSTLINE DD-022-A-RTU DECON (OR EQUIVALENT - SEE LINE 6 SPECIFICATIONS BELOW) Line 6: Decon must be safe for human skin use, EPA certified, and non-toxic.* ========================================================================= * Decon solution(s) may be single or multi-part mixes, must be effective against TIC, TIMS, Biological, Viral, and Chemical agents.
