Estimated Dollar Amount Not-to-Exceed: $ 3,200.00 Intended source: ThinkCERCA.com, Inc. 815 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 3100 Chicago, IL 60611 Justification for single source acquisition: FSDB has purchased the ThinkCERCA.com, Inc. curriculum for use as part of the common core standard literacy program in alignment with the state of Florida curriculum adoption standards. As a result of this purchase, training on the use of the curriculum is being procured through ThinkCERCA .com, Inc. and their certified instructors. ThinkCERCA™ is sold only as a direct transaction between ThinkCERCA.com, Inc. and end customers. No other source exists for ThinkCERCA.com, Inc. proprietary training.
