Rate Study, Financial Feasibility and Grant Compliance

The City of St. Petersburg is accepting proposals for State Revolving Fund Monitoring and Compliance. The services being requested will include but not be limited to the services listed below. Rate study, financial feasibility and grant compliance projects may be funded by Grant Agencies, the City, SWFWMD, the FDEP, the USEPA, other agencies or by a combination of funding sources. Projects funded in whole or part with non-City funds shall be designed in conformance with the funding agency’s requirements – i.e. Grant Agency, SWFWMD, FDEP, and/or USEPA.
