Purchase and Maintenance for Pitney Bowes Equipment

This is not a solicitation. It is a posting of an Agency Decision. Please DO NOT submit a bid or a no bid reply. Posting is valid for 72 consecutive hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. This notice of an intended decision to enter into a single source contract is posted in accordance with section 287.057(5)(c) Florida Statutes. The Department of Revenue advertised through the DMS Vendor Information Portal from 8/14/26 to 9/4/26 its desire to contract with a vendor to provide Commodity Code 44102109 Automatic Postal or Mailing Machine denoted in the attached PUR 7778 form. Based on the advertising process, no vendors responded to the advertisement indicating an ability or desire to provide the requested services. Therefore, the Department of Revenue intends to award a single source contract to Pitney Bowes, Inc. Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Decision to Enter Into a Single Source Contract will commence on 9/8/26 at 5:30 PM and continue for 72 hours excluding weekends and state holidays until 9/11/26 at 5:30 PM. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.057(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to file a bond or other security within the time allowed for filing a bond, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
